What does lifetime mean?
Lifetime means the lifetime of the TrustedWeb product. As long as TrustedWeb is actively maintained, your access remains valid. Not tied to your personal lifetime. If TrustedWeb ever shuts down we give 12 months notice + data export.
Are future updates included?
Yes. All current features and future minor updates are included. Future premium modules needing significant infrastructure costs (advanced AI models, malware cleanup marketplace, enterprise compliance) may be optional add-ons.
What are AI actions?
AI actions are consumed when you use AI-powered features: generating meta tags, fixing SEO issues, creating FAQ schema, chatbot responses. Monthly allocation resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I stack codes to upgrade?
Yes. Each additional code upgrades to the next tier. 1 code = Tier 1, 2 codes = Tier 2, up to Tier 5. Website slots, AI actions, and chatbot limits increase accordingly.
Can agencies use this?
Yes. All tiers allow you to manage client websites. Tier 4 (Agency) and Tier 5 (Agency Plus) include white-label, client portal, and reseller rights.
What about fair use?
Normal usage is always fine. We only act on clearly abusive patterns β automated mass-scanning thousands of URLs, sharing accounts, or API abuse to build a competing service. If usage exceeds 10x normal, we reach out before taking action.
